Quality Articles should be identified as such, so that a master list can be created.<br />

Essentially, this would be done in the following way:<br />
# A contributor tags an article page with {{tl|quality candidate}}, then adds a note to the corresponding article's talk page explaining their reasoning.<br />
# Involved members of the community will then discuss the candidate article. Typically, they should be as critical as possible. (See [[Wikipedia:Wikipedia:Peer Reivew|Wikipedia's Peer Review]] for how it should be done.)<br />
# Create the discussion page by clicking on ([[Image:QA-Pip-C.png]]) and then save {{tlsp|QATALK|''Article''}} on the blank page.<br />
# Once the consensus is that the article is of ''potential'' quality, then the discussion will evolve into modifying the article in such a way as to polish the article so as to achieve full "Quality Article" status.<br />
