Fighters can annihilate other players through electrocution, bludgeoning them with blunt objects or setting them ablaze, all within the confines of a disturbing virtual reality. The virtual crime world of New Cap City is a world free of morals in which players can do WHATEVER THEY WANT without consequences. Rumor has it that some hackers are even recreating the horrific events of the MAGLEV Train 23 bombing.
