Barclay Hope (born 25 February 1958 in Montreal, Quebec) is a Canadian actor.

Hope attended Lakefield College in Ontario, Canada.

His filmography includes minor and recurring roles in the American TV series Stargate: SG-1 (as Colonel Lionel Pendergast), Smallville, and the Canadian TV series PSI Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal. Hope has extensive stage experience in shows such as The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas and The Heidi Chronicles.

Hope played the unnamed captain of Colonial Heavy 798, the ship that would later become President Roslin's interstellar seat of the Colonial government, in the Miniseries.
