Evelyn is Joseph Adama's assistant (CAP: "The Reins of a Waterfall"). She adopts the guise of Emmanuelle to serve as Adama's guide as he searched for his daughter Tamara in New Cap City. She eventually finds Tamara on her own, and convinces her to kill her father's New Cap City avatar in attempt to force him to leave v-world and put his life back together (CAP: "End of Line").
