Any Article, Template, Project, or Userpage that is in this list, should not be edited unless it is by the person that states that they need time to the article without interuption. You can ask the user if they are done with the article to make sure it's ok to remove it if the tag has been their a while. Otherwise, do not touch the page or the tag, until that person or an Administrator removes it.
