Damaged Medivac ship from "Battlestar Galactica 0".

Medivacs were hospital ships used by the Caprican Expeditionary Fleet during the Third Colonial Conflict. Their design suggested a relationship to later battlestars. Medivac 12 was one of the ships (Battlestar Galactica 0).
